Experiences

✺ OPENING CEREMONY

A sacred gathering that anchors intention for the weekend. This circle sets the tone — where strangers become brothers and sisters in the work of remembering wholeness.

✺ COLD WATER

A practice that invites you to meet your edges and renegotiate safety within your nervous system. Through stillness and breath, you discover strength through surrender.

✺ HEALING SWEAT LODGE

An ancient purification ceremony rooted in humility and renewal. The lodge offers a space to release what no longer serves and reconnect to body, breath, and spirit.

✺ WILD HORSE

The horse mirrors the human heart — revealing truth, emotion, and energy beyond words. In its presence, you’ll rediscover your capacity for connection, trust, and calm.

✺ BREATHWORK

The breath becomes medicine — a ceremony that opens the body and clears the emotional terrain so that you can return to clarity, peace, and wholeness.

✺ GROUNDING & REFLECTION

Each evening we return to stillness — gathering around firelight for integration, journaling, and embodied rest beneath the stars.

Where Science Meets Soul

ReWilding is shaped by the visionaries who’ve mapped the nervous system, the psyche, and the path back to presence — thinkers who remind us that healing is both biological and deeply human.

    Robyn Kirkham

Robyn has lived a lot of lives in just this one trip to our planet. From Army, to law enforcement; from to intel, to soccer mom, Robyn served our country, ran start-up businesses, managed a family, and did all the "doings" expected of a type-A, high achiever.

  • Man sitting on a light brown horse with a black mane in a desert landscape with trees and rocks.

    Hugh Vail

    CO-FOUNDER

Hugh has a rare gift for bridging the untamed wisdom of wild mustangs with the healing men and women need most today. With decades of experience gentling horses and guiding people, he has led over 5,000 men through retreats, workshops, and circles designed to restore nervous system balance, resilience, and authentic connection.

  • A smiling woman with long blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing a beige cowboy hat, a blue bandana, a black and white patterned top, and black shorts, sitting outside on a porch.

    AMY LORRAINE

    CO-FOUNDER

A breathwork teacher and author whose work centers on nervous system regulation and the medicine of breath. Amy teaches group classes, leads retreats, and works one-on-one, guiding people into steadiness and resilience through breath and body awareness. Her teaching is straightforward and practical, aimed at men and women who want to meet life with more presence, less reactivity, and a nervous system they can trust.
